damaged & faulty items

If a damaged/faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can deal with it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

order cancellation & general returns

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately (not email) should you wish to cancel your order as any orders that have been dispatched will be subject to a returns fee as mentioned below.

If you wish to cancel an order or return any unwanted items that have all ready been despatched/delivered you must do this within 30 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to pay any return postage costs and your refund may be subject to a returns fee (if you received free delivery). If you received free delivery we will deduct a returns fee of £3.50 to cover any costs that we may have incurred. Once returned in original condition ready for re-sale we will issue a refund minus any returns fees. Returns should be sent to:

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any items you will be required contact us on 07714 932771 and return the item to us at the following address, including full order confirmation with details of your required exchange, you will be required to pay a £3.50 exchange fee for re-dispatch, please note it may take up to 28 days:
